Thoughts:
This book has been difficult for my cousins to read on their own.  The book contained big words like "exclaimed" and "scowled".  This book is recommended for children who are 8 or 9 years old.  Although there were many difficult words, my cousins and I enjoyed the illustrations.  The colourful drawings brought life to this book.  If this book had easier words, this book would be much more enjoyable.  Although we do not rate the book with posts labeled "Kid's Thoughts", I think that this book deserved a 4.5.
